If it wasn't for the fact that I love coaching people about fitness, I would have been BORED with this question (I've been answering it for 28 years):
"Bill, what's the best way to build enormous strength, increase flexibility, and build lean muscle mass without spending hours in the gym or plenty of money?"
Here's the answer I give:
"Grab yourself a kettlebell, and you will be on your way to the lean, muscular, strong body you want."
The problem is that most people, especially in the West, use only about 10% of the kettlebell’s true power.
But in Russia, where the army has been using the kettlebell as the #1 training tool, it’s a whole different story.
And I only discovered this after training with Russian National Team coaches and becoming the first man in US history to earn the title of Master of Sport International Class, the highest sports rank in the Russian Federation.
